The Pet Owner agrees to the following terms and conditions:

• The Pet Owner will provide all required leashes, harnesses, muzzles, jackets and collars for walks.

​

• The Pet Owner will provide the walker/sitter with any towels or flannels to clean/dry off dogs in case of poor weather during walks.

​

• The Pet Owner will provide the walker/sitter with any specific dietary needs or medication that the pet may need to take, along with any instructions that may come with them. 

​

• The Pet Owner will provide Animal Ark with a key to access the property. All keys will be returned when services end. 

​

• The Pet Owner must make Animal Ark aware of any changes to any information regarding the pet, property or personal details. 

​

• The Pet Owner may cancel a booked service within a 24 hour period. Any cancellations outside of this period will incur a 50% fee for the service.

​

• Animal Ark offers services where dogs co-mingle in groups and the client accept that during play, injuries may be sustained. all dogs will be carefully monitored to avoid injury, but scratches, punctures, torn ligaments another injuries may be sustained despite the best supervision. 

​

• The Pet Owner is responsible for the full cost of treatment of any injuries or illness that their dog receives.

​

• Bitches may not attend any group sessions of any sort if in season or pregnant.

​

• The Pet Owner agrees that Animal Ark is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen leads, collars, tags or clothing items.

​

• The Pet Owner consents to their dog being photographed, videotaped and/or used in social media and advertising. 

​

• The Pet Owner must ensure that their dog has not eaten an hour before they are picked up/walked to ensure sufficient digestion time. failure to do so will increase the risk of Bloat during exercise.

Animal Ark agrees to the following terms and conditions:

 

• Animal Ark will perform duties listed by the Pet Owner to the best of their ability.

​

• Animal Ark will securely keep all confidential information, keys, access numbers and passcodes, and will return them when services between both parties ceases.

​

• Animal Ark will supply and be equipped with disposable waste bags, a first aid kit and water for the pets in question.

​

• Animal Ark will not be liable to any injuries to a dog during a walk that may be caused by animals or people outside of the walkers control.
